The Website enables you to make enquiries about the MixRadio music streaming service, which is closing down. MixRadio is committed to respect your privacy and comply with applicable data protection and privacy laws. This section explains what Personal Information and other data and information we collect and how we collect them. We collect Personal Information through your use of the Website and submission of enquiries about the MixRadio music streaming service.

When you contact us, or when we received your contact details (your email address and phone number) from the previous owner of MixRadio, Microsoft, when MixRadio was sold to LINE Corporation, we use your contact details to send you information. You may opt out of receiving these emails at any time by contacting us using the online form at contact.line.me/mixradio or by following the link provided in each of the communications.
5.2 Website Improvement
We continuously strive to improve the Website. On the basis of the technical data collected (see Sec. 4.2) and the information about your interaction with the Website, we generate and compile anonymous, aggregated statistics that allow us to understand how users navigate and use our Website. The aim is to maintain, protect and improve the Website.
5.3 Transferring your Personal Information outside the European Economic Area
The Website is not directed to children under the age of 13 (“minors”), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the country-specific minimum age. If you are under the age specified in your country, do not use the Website and do not provide any personal information to us. If we discover that a child under thirteen (13) years old has provided us with personal information, we will immediately delete it.
